The Tin Pan is an independent full-table-service restaurant and music venue. We are working on reopening this summer after a year off due to COVID-19. We serve a high-volume traditional American menu and full bar. We are looking for a kitchen manager who will design a menu, oversee a team of 4-10 BoH staff, and manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and overall execution of food and beverage.
This position is full-time hourly or salary with paid time off, healthcare and bonus based on incentive structure. Annual pay is equivalent to between $55,000-$65,000.
