Ability to work in a busy full service restaurant providing outstanding service to guests. Have a current drivers License (drivers record will be required for insurance purposes). Set up the truck daily, drive to the event, cook for the customers, and then clean up and drive truck back to restaurant. Cook the menu items according to recipes and be able to follow multiple step procedures. Be able to read English and communicate with Spanish speaking coworkers. Maintain sanitation requirements and assist in keeping the food truck in a clean and safe environment. Spanish Speaking is a Plus.
