Boar's Head Resort has an amazing opportunity to add a seasoned Line Cooks to the team!
As a Line Cook you will be responsible for preparing a variety of food at the Chef's discretion. You will need to be able to work autonomously, although the day-to-day responsibilities will be derived from the Sous Chef. Comply at all times with the Boars Head standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations. Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, safe and sanitary work environment. Participate in the inventory process such as counting all food product within your assigned storage location. Understand and ensure correct procedures for storing and keeping food. Practice safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
