Will assist in overseeing the operation of a busy housekeeping department. Must have 4 to 5 years hospitality experience. Preferably management or supervisory experience in a full-service hotel property. Must be team oriented, achieve goals and be fully flexible to work any day of the week, weekends & Holidays. Requirements: * Provide excellent guest services * Lead, Motivate and train housekeeping staff * Establish and implement operational procedures * Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling * Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that health regulations, safety standards and departmental policies are being met * Communicate efficiently and effectively with all team members and departments * Report any maintenance deficiencies and handling guests' requests to proper departments * Responsible for general cleaning and upkeep of guestrooms and other assigned areas as needed; Requirements include: the ability to lift, bend, move heavy equipment/furniture and remain on one's feet for extended periods of time
