Responsible for greeting guests, transferring and storing guest luggage, driving guests to and from requested destinations, responding to guest requests and delivering outstanding guest service.



  • Greet and escort arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Retrieve and transport guest luggage.
  • Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations including, but not limited to, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, convention centers, etc.
  • Report any maintenance or repairs needed for property designated vehicles.
  • Organize, store and retrieve guest luggage, as needed, according to guidelines.
  • Assist in the maintenance, appearance and functionality of equipment to include the bell carts, property designated vehicles, etc.
  • Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and the local area and be aware of the daily hotel event schedule.
  • Watch for safety hazards and report them immediately to your Supervisor/Manager.
  • Attend all mandatory Department and Hotel meetings.
  • Complete all required training within timeframe allotted. 
  • Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures as required.
  • Perform other duties as directed, developed or assigned.

  • Minimum 25 years of age
  • Must have a valid State Driver’s License
  • US work authorization required
  • Previous experience as a Bell Attendant/Driver in a hotel/resort
  • Able to demonstrate high energy and a passion to serve
  • Able to work with little or no supervision
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Must meet grooming standards
  • Possesses strong attention to detail
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
  • Ability to push, pull and/or carry up to 50lbs
  • Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

**Shifts are typically 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10am-6pm, and 12pm-8pm. Days of the week will vary, and will be required to work both AM/PM shifts, and some weekends & holidays. Schedules are subject to change based on business levels.**
